TEFON Human Resources SARL was created in the year 2000 by Mr. FON Thaddeus, a petroleum engineer with 21 years’ experience in supervisory and management roles in the petroleum sector. At that time, valuing workers and treating them with dignity and respect was what many employers in the Temporary Manpower sector did not think about. This lack of valuing led to a lot of tension between employees and employers. After talking about this deplorable situation for some time, he and his wife Dr FON Elizabeth decided to create a Family-Friendly Company with a Heart that they baptized TEFON which stands for T as in Thaddeus, E as in Elizabeth and FON = TEFON.
TEFON’s mission is to offer a Unique and Pleasant Experience to all stakeholders (Staff, Clients, Visitors, Vendors and shareholders).
